What does an active request mean?
It is a piece of work currently being designed or built. Design and Development each include 1 active request. Design + Development includes 2: one design and one build. Your backlog can hold future requests, but they are not all worked on at once.
Which monthly plan fits us?
Choose Design at $3,000/month if you have development covered. Choose Development at $3,000/month if your designs are ready. Choose Design + Development at $5,000/month when you need both disciplines moving together. All prices are USD.
What can we request, and how much gets done?
Request work within your plan’s service categories. We agree the brief, complexity and priorities before starting. Larger tasks become milestones. Output depends on scope and feedback, not a promise of unlimited deliverables.
How quickly will we see progress?
Expect updates every 24–48 hours and weekly priority calls. Updates are not a guaranteed completion time. Delivery timelines are typical and depend on the request; we confirm scope, schedule and available capacity on a call.
Can we pause or cancel?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly; you can pause for a month or cancel anytime. We agree the timing, current priorities and handover of active work together.
Who owns the work?
You own the final approved work. We provide the relevant source files and handoff, and make third-party licences, subscriptions and dependencies clear.
Should we choose a project instead?
Choose a project for a defined outcome and finish line; choose a subscription for an ongoing roadmap. Website design/build starts at $5,000/project. A UX audit is $1,250, typically takes 3–5 days, and is credited if you continue.
How does the flexible pack work?
The pack is $1,500 for 25 hours, valid for 1 month with no rollover. It suits a focused batch of work or occasional support. We confirm what fits within those hours before getting started.
